My first word was “what?” I was either curious or confused. Now, I am often both.
Luckily, confusion gives way to curiosity; that served me well in journalism school. Prying ain’t my thing, so I never got the big scoops.
But as it turns out, curiosity is perfect for problem solving, building relationships, and, surprise surprise, writing copy.
Advertising has all three, and now, me. I’ve always had a thing for great ads, and now I get do something I love: wield my “what”s to make great work (and alliterations, every once in a while).
